Gamato Manufacturing Warranty Terms

All spare parts come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. This ensures that your goods are free from manufacturing defects.

If you believe that a product that you have purchased from Gamato Manufacturing is faulty, please contact us at gamato@gamato.com.au and provide a written description of the fault. Once the product has been returned to us we will assess the fault and process a warranty claim if necessary.

What you need to provide for a warranty claim:

You must provide evidence of your purchase from us by providing a purchase receipt.

For electrical items, you must provide proof that your item was installed by a qualified electrician.

If your product proves to be faulty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion after determining the cause of any fault.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
