Do you have spare parts for my split system or reverse-cycle air-conditioner?

Sorry, no. We only stock filter pads and spare parts for evaporative air-conditioners.

Do you have eftpos facilities?

Yes we accept Visa and Mastercard payments in-store.

What are your delivery / insurance options?

We use Australia Post e-Parcel for all local and bulky deliveries due to the rates we have negotiated on bulky goods. Certain products can be Air Freighted (1-3 days to major centres) and we will do this automatically wherever possible. Items exceeding 3kg are classified as bulky goods and must be shipped individually via standard road freight. We will combine smaller items to save you on shipping wherever possible. 

I can’t find a model number. How do I order replacement filter pads?

If you are able to measure the size of the actual filter pads (height, width and thickness) to the nearest mm we can supply you with replacement pads.

How do I know which model air-conditioner I have?

Sometimes this information is written on the paperwork you received when the air-conditioner was installed, or stamped on a badge attached to the unit itself.

Do you sell air-conditioners?

Yes Gamato sells new evaporative air-conditioners to qualified installers.

Why evaporative/ducted systems?

Evaporative air-conditioners are suited to Perth’s temperate climate. In these conditions, evaporative air-conditioners can be up to 80% more efficient than reverse-cycle air-conditioners.

Warranty Information

A 12 month return-to-base warranty applies to spare parts purchased from Gamato Manufacturing with manufacturing defects only. All warranty returns must be accompanied by an original tax invoice supplied by us at the time of purchase. We cannot accept returns for faulty goods without this receipt. Returns for electrical items must include proof that the item was installed by a qualified electrician (such as your receipt from the time of installation). 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
